How to get your Washington License via Real Estate License Reciprocity
Reciprocity of Washington: All States

Here are the steps to obtain your Washington Real Estate License through reciprocity:
The real estate education requirements will be waived if you’re a qualified applicant currently licensed in another state.

1. If you’ve had an active license in another state in the previous 6 months, you’ll only need to take the Washington State portion of the test.
2. For more information on getting your real estate license for a Washington broker (aka salesperson in other states) via reciprocity, you can review the application for a Washington Broker Reciprocal License and visit the Washington Real Estate Commission’s website.
3. Get approved by the DoL (simply send them the application via their online portal + paperwork from your current state)
